I want to volunteer...

  • to visit an elderly or disabled person
Visit an elderly or disabled person! Provide transportation or help with errands, or just chat.
    More info: Thea Bader.
  • to bring Jewish worship and study to elders
Elders living in Metrowest residential facilities often have difficulty maintaining connections to Jewish life and community. Volunteers lead Shabbat and holiday services at the residences. More info: Mindee Meltzer.
  • to improve the health and well being of area elderly residents
Healthy Partners delivers a primary prevention approach to health and well-being. Volunteer to lead exercise classes, arts and crafts, music groups or help with data collection. Share your special interestes with the group.. More info: Diana O'Brien.
  • to mentor a first-time mother
Becoming a new mom is challenging, rewarding--and stressful! Experienced moms can mentor an isolated new mom, sharing the joys and frustrations of parenthood.
    More info: Thea Bader.
  • to help adoptive families or support adoption
Family support, foster care, data collection. Adoption volunteers make the difference for birth parents and waiting families. More info: Dale Eldridge, Adoption Choices
