Continuing Connections

Continuing Connections is a way for our families to stay connected to the agency and to one another.

We have parent groups so that parents can continue relationships they formed during the adoption process and get to know other adoptive parents. We also have educational post-placement workshops. Our quarterly e-newsletter features personal stories from our families, insights from Emma (our teen adoption expert), provides answers to commonly asked parenting and adoption questions, and posts news and updates about the agency and local adoption community.
