Visit an isolated elder:
Visit an elderly or disabled person! Provide transportation or help with errands, or just chat. You can visit as an individual or as a family. To become a Friendly Visitor click here to fill out an application.
Do you know a senior adult who would feel more comfortable going to the doctor if there were someone they trusted to accompany them? Patient Navigators are trained volunteers who make doctors’ visits less stressful by helping senior adults and their families get the information and care they need. If you, or someone you know, could benefit from Patient Navigator services, or would like to become a Patient Navigator, please call or fill out the form and a member of the team will follow up with you.
Tutor 3-5th graders:
The All Star Club supports third and fourth graders -- many of whom are English language learners (their native language is Portuguese) - -in English, math, homework and enrichment activities.
Volunteers talented in math with an interest in working with children are needed for The Math Academy, an academic after-school program for 4th-graders in Framingham.

Share your skills with a family in need:
Many of the clients in our Family Assistance Program are in need of some help that does not require money but time. Some very common examples are help with some small repairs to a home or help with money management and budget planning. Improve the health and well being of elders:
Healthy Partners delivers a primary prevention approach to health and well-being. Volunteer to lead exercise classes, arts and crafts, music groups or help with data collection. Share your special interests with the group.
