Visit an Isolated Elder
Visit a senior or person with a disability each week encouraging positive connections. Provide transportation, help with errands, or just spend time with them. Weekly and long-term commitment required. This program offers companionship for isolated elders helping to alleviate loneliness and promotes aging with dignity. Patient Navigator for Senior Adults
Do you know a senior adult who would feel more comfortable going to the doctor if there was someone they trusted to accompany them? Patient Navigators are trained volunteers who accompany senior adults to their medical appointments easing the stress of the appointment for both the senior and their families. As a volunteer you help the individual get the information and help that they need. Patient Navigator is a flexible volunteer opportunity that can work with your schedule.

Tutor 3rd and 4th Graders
The All Stars club supports third graders in English, math, homework and enrichment activities. Volunteers help students understand material and act as a role model and mentor. Math Academy is an academic after-school program for 4th graders focused on basic math concepts. Volunteers help with activities and general support. Interest in the math or science field a plus! Volunteers for both programs are needed once a week (Monday or Tuesday) for the school year.

Ready For Success Mentor
Provide 1:1 mentoring support for individuals working to break through poverty and chronic low-income status. Support them in finding the resources to discover new options and take the next steps. Coach individuals on application and resume prep, interview skills, or just provide general support and advice.

Development Office Assistance
Provide administrative support to the development department helping in the areas of fundraising and donor recruitment. Help plan for the agency’s annual Seize the Dream gala by recruiting auction items, food providers, and general office support.

Improve the Health and Wellbeing of Elders
Healthy Partners delivers a primary prevention approach to health and well-being. Volunteer to lead exercise classes, arts and crafts, music groups or help with data collection. Share your special interests with the group.
